About Us
In 2017 our family purchased Bay Meadow Cottages, Est. 1936. With this new beginning comes a spirit of adventureand the privilege to preserve this community of cottages place in history.
Our mission:
- to provide a lodging center for active interested people who love the outdoors.
- to support the community of this place where we work and live.
- to donate annually to the Maine Island Trail, a non-profit committed to preserving the islands off the coast of Maine.
Growing up in and around Acadia National Park has been an experience. We want all guests to leave with the tranquility, inspiration, and awe that this region provides. We have spent our life on Mount Desert Island and surrounding communities. Please be our guest!
