Two Bedroom Ranch

Our Two Bedroom Ranch is spacious with a large living room and dining area plus a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave and range. The Ranch House can accommodate up to six people with two separate bedrooms, and an additional adult or two additional children on a sofa bed located in the living room. The house offers a private bath with full tub and shower. The living room has a color TV and an expansive picture window with views of the cove. The Ranch also has a washer and dryer. This spacious unit is very popular with families. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds.

Rates for the Ranch House are based on up to 6 people.

Policies:
  Check-in time: 3:00pm.
  Check-out time: 10:00am.
  Office Hours: 8am to 8pm.
  Late Arrivals: If you are going to be arriving later than 8:00pm, PLEASE CALL us before 8:00pm to make necessary arrangements for your late check in.
  Deposit Policy: One nights lodging deposit is required for those staying 4 days or less. Two night's lodging deposit is required for those staying 5 days or longer.
  Balance due upon arrival
  Cancellation Policy: 14-days advance notice required for refund of deposit less a $50 administration fee. Reservations cancelled within 14-days of arrival are subject to the amount equal to 1 night’s stay to be retained from refund of deposit amount paid. 
  Towels may be exchanged daily in the office from 8am to Noon.
 No Pets All rates subject to current Maine Sales Tax 7%.
  We accept all major Credit Cards.
