Two Bedroom Cottage: Available only by the week in season Saturday
to Saturday.
Two Bedroom Ranch:

minimum Off Season
Open mid-May to mid-October.
Policies:
Check-in time: 3:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am.
Office Hours: 8am to 8pm.
Late Arrivals:
If you are going to be arriving later than 8:00pm, PLEASE CALL us
before 8:00pm to make necessary arrangements for your late check in.
Deposit Policy: One nights lodging deposit is required for those
staying 4 days or less.
Two night's lodging deposit is required for those staying 5 days or
longer.
Balance due upon arrival
Cancellation Policy: 21-day advance notice required for refund of
deposit less a $50 administration fee.
Towels made be exchange daily at the office from 8am to Noon.
