One Bedroom Cottages

We have 12 One Bedroom Cottages that accommodate up to four people depending on bed configuration. Our One Bedroom Cottages have either one queen bed (sleeps 2 max.) or two double beds (sleeps 4 max.). Arriving at your cottage, your beds are made with fresh linens and towels are provided.

Your One Bedroom Cottage has a private bath with shower, and a separate kitchenette with small-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator, and two burner electric cook-top. Utensils, pans, dishes, and glasses are provided.

All of our cottages have individual electric heat, window ac units, cable TV, and access to our free Wi-Fi.

All Rates are per night based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $10 per night, per extra person 13 and over. Children 12 and under stay free. Weekly Discounts are available on request.

Policies:
  Check-in time: 3:00pm.
  Check-out time: 10:00am.
  Office Hours: 8am to 8pm.
  Late Arrivals: If you are going to be arriving later than 8:00pm, PLEASE CALL us before 8:00pm to make necessary arrangements for your late check in.
  Deposit Policy: One nights lodging deposit is required for those staying 4 days or less. Two night's lodging deposit is required for those staying 5 days or longer.
  Balance due upon arrival
  Cancellation Policy: 14-days advance notice required for refund of deposit less a $50 administration fee. Reservations cancelled within 14-days of arrival are subject to the amount equal to 1 night’s stay to be retained from refund of deposit amount paid.
  Towels may be exchanged daily in the office from 8am to Noon.
 No Pets All rates subject to current Maine Sales Tax 7%.
  We accept all major Credit Cards.
