Rates for this cottage are; In Season-3 to 6 persons $1150 Weekly (Sat to Sat).
Off Season-3 to 6 persons-$875 Weekly or $140 Daily w/ 3 day minimum.

mid-May to mid-October. All Cottages have kitchenettes, electric heat, baths with
showers, and color cable TV. Linens dishes, and cooking utensils are furnished.
Check-in time: 3:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. If you are going to be later
than 8:00 pm, PLEASE CALL us before 8:00pm to make necessary arrangements for
your late arrival. Twenty one day notice required for refund of deposit. Deposits
are: One nights lodging for those staying 4 days or less. Two nights lodging for
those staying 5 days or longer. All rates subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax. |
